The Tenants and Residents Development Project

to create a new and independent organisation

run by and for tenants and residents

The organisation will be independent of Gateshead Council and The Gateshead Housing Company, but will aim to influence housing and community decisions made on behalf of the people of Gateshead.

The organisation will be up and running by Spring 2008 and we want to work with as many people and groups as possible - to make sure we can truly represent the views and wishes of all the people who live in Gateshead.
