			Facilities This section covers all of the facilities available to use in John Haswell House, GVOC’s base. These can be used by members and non members, however, priority for booking equipment will be given to members. Equipment hire Facilities and Services Collating Photocopying Duplicating Library Office Stationery Room Hire Equipment Hire Usual rules apply - any damage to equipment whilst on loan must be repaired and any loss must be replaced. Loop system Outside the building Voluntary groups: £5.00 per day Statutory groups: £10.00 per day (+ £10.00 returnable deposit) OHP £10.00 per day (inside the building only) Top \| Home \| Contact us Facilities & Services Collating We have a collating machine which is used independently of the photocopier and duplicator. There is no charge for its use. Photocopying A4 - 5p per side A3 - 10p per side Laminating A4 - 50p per sheet A3 - £1.00 per sheet (matt only) Duplicating You can duplicate just about anything on our duplicator at a very reasonable price. For example - 100 A4 sheets printed on one side would cost only £2.25 (75p per master, 75p for paper & 75p for ink). The more you do the more economical it becomes! Fax machine / Minicom Prices vary. Top \| Home \| Contact us Library GVOC's reference library is open during office hours which are Monday to Friday 8.45 am-4.45 pm. Books are for reference only therefore cannot be removed from the building. All issues relating to the voluntary sector are covered including two Directory of Social Change directories and the Voluntary Sector Legal Handbook, Voluntary But not Amateur. These directories are invaluable to all Voluntary Organisations. Covering topics such as management/supervision and law relating to running an effective and efficient voluntary organisation. Top \| Home \| Contact us Current room hire charges We do not provide rooms for hire on Saturdays or Sundays. We have installed an integral loop system in both meeting rooms. Please note that meeting rooms are not available for hire after 4.30 pm. Members Mon-Fri, 9.00 am-4.30 pm: £4.00 per hour Non-members Mon-Fri, 9.00 am-4.30 pm: £40.00 per day or £6.00 per hour Profit-making organisations Mon-Fri, 9.00 am-4.30 pm: £15.00 per hour session or £80 per day Top \| Home \| Contact us Top \| Home
